A reader on personal rituals, the routines and practices we perform in private. Irrespective of size or frequency, be it mundane or obscure, our dedication to these repetitive acts imbue daily life with intentionality, act as organising principles and make the invisible visible through the linking of our internal and external worlds.
Design decisions were used as a means to further explore the nature of rituals — the states achieved in the practicing of them, their repetitive nature and their inherent uniqueness.
